Limburgian (Limburgs)

Limburgs is a Dutch dialect spoken in the Netherlands and Belgium. In the Netherlands it has the official status of a minority language.

[7] We zien in 't jaor 50 veur Christus. Gans Gallië is bezatte door de Romeine... Gans? Nae! Ein klein dörp, bewoeënd dorr ónverzèttelike Galliërs, wit zich nog altied den euverweldiger van 't lief te halde. En 't laeve is neet gemekkelik veur de Romeinse legioensoldaote in de legerplaatse Buigenum, Aquarium, Hummecum en Klein Mennecum
